Who needs to sign this form?

Anyone who plans to travel on the 2022 AgriGold Winter Getaway in Aruba and did not sign a Waiver and Release as part of the registration process. Everyone, including guests must execute a Waiver and Release and submit such Waiver and Release to Summit Planners by October 10, 2021 to secure their spot on this year’s trip.

In order to secure a spot on the trip all travelers must execute a Waiver and Release and submit such Waiver and Release to Summit Planners by October 10, 2021.

You cannot sign and agree to the Release of Liability Agreement for another adult. If you were registered by someone else, and did not sign and agree to the Release of Liability Agreement during registration—you must do so before October 10, 2021. If you’re not sure if you agreed to these terms previously, there’s no harm in signing again.
