Customer Payment – 2027 AgriGold Grower Trip

Price range: $10.00 through $5,300.00

After you select your Trip Payment option, a trip description will appear for your review. After you’ve confirmed this is the trip you registered for, select “Pay for Order”. A secure payment page will open and you can provide payment for the trip. After you click “Submit Payment” please wait for the confirmation message to display on the webpage. The payment may take 10 to 20 seconds to process. A receipt will be emailed to you after the payment is submitted.

Cancellation Terms:

GDM is not responsible for refunding Travelers for any ancillary expenses incurred by the Travelers, which are not included within the package price of the Trip. Cancellation after such date may be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

1.   For cancellations up until October 26, 2026: $2,432.00
2.  For cancellations from October 27 to November 23, 2026: $2,432.00 plus $100 per person or the cost of any airline tickets issued. If airline tickets have been issued, each Traveler will retain a credit for the value of the ticket good for one year after the date the ticket was issued.
3.  For cancellations from November 24 to December 21, 2026: $2,900.00 plus $100 per person or the cost of any airline tickets issued. If airline tickets have been issued, each Traveler will retain a credit for the value of the ticket good for one year after the date the ticket was issued.
4.  For cancellations from December 22, 2026 to January 26, 2027: $3,148.00 plus the cost of any airlines tickets issued. If airline tickets have been issued, each Traveler will retain a credit for the value of the ticket good for one year after the date the ticket was issued.

Cancellations must be emailed to AgriGold_SummitPlanners@spmeetings.com and received by 5:00 pm EST on the last day of the applicable cancellation time period.
