If INFB is paying for your airfare, plan to book through AAA Corporate Travel. Other travelers may arrange their own flights or use AAA. If you select “Yes” at the question below, your registration confirmation email will provide information to contact AAA for assitance booking airfare. Review the terms and conditions. Payment for AAA Corporate Travel Assistance: All airfare booked with AAA will be paid directly to AAA when confirming your proposed flight schedule. A fee of $30 per ticket will be added to your airfare total for AAA’s services.
If registering more than one person, please consider that the “Attendee” will be the primary point of contact via email and phone for the trip.

Group Nights: The group nights for the convention are January 8–13, 2027. Select check-in and checkout within those dates (up to five nights). Requesting Non-Group Nights: Requests for nights outside the group nights are made in the text box “Please indicate any additional nights you’re interested in”. Travelers are not charged for additional nights during the online registration. Chris Fenner from INFB must confirm additional nights are available and will email you after you register. If confirmed, the traveler pays the hotel directly at check-in for any additional nights.
INFB Internal Member Costs Group Nights: The group nights for the convention are January 8–13, 2027. Select check-in and checkout within those dates (up to five nights). Nightly Rates: INFB covers eligible internal member registration package(s) and up to four (4) group nights at the hotel. Internal member’s optional activities and thier guest’s registration package and optional activities remain payable online.
Requesting more than four nights or non-group nights: Internal INFB member’s should request non-group nights in the text box “Please indicate any additional nights you’re interested in”. Internal members are not charged for nights during the online registration. Chris Fenner from INFB must confirm availablity for non-group nights and internal member’s requests for more than 4 nights. Chris will email you to confirm availablity after you register. If confirmed, internal members will pay the hotel directly at check-in for additional nights.
