AIR TRAVEL: Please register online before booking airfare to make sure the dates you plan to travel are available at the hotel. If INFB is paying your travel expenses, you should plan to use AAA for your flight reservations. Otherwise, members are free to book their own flight for the convention or use AAA. Please be aware that the hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you plan to book your own air, please select “No, I will arrange my own flights for this trip” at the question below.
AAA Corporate Travel Air Assistance: If you select “Yes” at the question below, you can call AAA at 844-696-6370 after you register. When you talk to the AAA agent over the phone identify as attending the “INFB CDO CONFERENCE”. AAA is available from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday-Friday to book airline reservations. An agent will assist you with your preferences and take payment.
Payment for AAA Corporate Travel Assistance: Airfare is not included in pricing on this website. All airfare booked with AAA Corporate Travel will be paid directly to AAA over the phone when confirming your proposed schedule. A fee of $30 per ticket will be added to your airfare total for AAA’s services. If during travel, you need urgent assistance over the weekend, a holiday or after hours (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) there is a $20 afterhours fee. To review full payment terms click here.

HOTEL DETAILS Convention officially begins on Friday, January 9 and ends on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Group nights for INFB members are the same as the convention dates and the group will stay at the Anaheim Marriott. Hotel Check-In time is 4:00 PM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Nightly Rates at Anaheim Marriott: Single/Double Occupancy: $317/night | Triple/Quadruple Occ.: $341/night
INFB Internal Member Discount As an internal member of INFB Inc., your registration fee ($198) and up to four hotel nights are covered by Indiana Farm Bureau Inc. Any additional nights, “Optional Activities” and guest registration fee(s) are your responsibility. If you register for more than four nights you will pay the hotel for those nights when you check-in.
