The 2026 American Farm Bureau Convention is heading to Anaheim, California! If you want the inside scoop when it comes to policies and perspectives that will impact your farm or agribusiness in 2026, don’t miss the 107th consecutive American Farm Bureau Federation Convention. Join us January 9-14, 2026, to participate in workshops to advance your leadership skills, gain insights into the trends impacting food production, and much more. Anaheim, California offers a mix of world-famous attractions and local charm. From Disneyland Resort to the Anaheim Packing District, there’s plenty to explore. Nearby beaches, scenic trails, and historic sites like the Muzeo Museum add to the experience. Enjoy everything from gourmet eats to SoCal favorites like tacos and fresh seafood.

Summit Planners and AAA Corporate Travel will assist members in registering, reserving the convention hotel package (including the AFBF registration, Indiana reception and the number of nights you wish to stay at the Anaheim Marriot), and helping members find the best airfare rates. Next Steps

  1. Register: All attendees need to register online. The orange “Register Now” button will take you to the webpage. Please review the bulleted items above in the invitation to make sure you have all the information needed to register yourself and guests. Registration may take 5 to 10 minutes to fill out.
    1. We recommend checking with your guests if they have any preference on the Sunday Events, Saturday Tours or Tuesday Tours before you begin the registration.
  2. Confirm Registration Email: Please review this email for any necessary updates to your registration information.
  3. Airfare: If you do request air assistance, AAA Travel will assist you with your flight options. For more details on next steps with AAA Travel refer to the “Airfare” section on the Convention Page: 2026 AFBF Airfare Details for INFB Members
  4. November 10th, 2025: Last day to cancel without $25 per person penalty. Any airfare you booked at this time is likely non-refundable (based on the Airline’s policy).
  5. December 12th, 2025: Registration is Closed for the 2026 AFBF Convention.
  6. December 15th, 2025: Last day to cancel ticketed events without penalty
  7. Three weeks prior to departure: Final “Before you go” email will be sent from Summit Planners to summarize all of your confirmed reservations made with Summit and AAA Corporate Travel.
  8. January 9th, 2026: AFBF 2026 Convention officially begins

For your convenience, guests may fly into either Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA).
Please refer to the map above to view the proximity of each airport to the resort and choose the option that best suits your travel plans.

Extended Dates
If you plan to request extra hotel nights beyond the official convention dates, please confirm availability with Summit Planners before finalizing your airfare with AAA Travel. This ensures your travel dates align with your confirmed hotel reservation.

Keynote Speaker – Monday, January 12th

Tim Tebow to Keynote 2026 American Farm Bureau Convention

The American Farm Bureau Convention will host the incomparable Tim Tebow, as the general session keynote speaker during the 2026 convention on Monday, Jan. 12, in Anaheim, California. Tim Tebow is a two-time national champion, Heisman Trophy winner, College Football Hall of Fame inductee, first-round NFL draft pick and former professional baseball player

He is a five-time New York Times best-selling author, speaker and college football analyst but is most passionate about his work with the Tim Tebow Foundation, with its mission to bring faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need. The foundation is currently fighting for some of the most vulnerable people around the world in more than 90 countries. He will inspire convention attendees with his approach to leadership, growth, and success.

Convention officially begins on Friday, January 9th and ends on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
Hotel Check-In time is 4:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM

Enjoy a plated lunch as county, state and national Farm Bureau leaders gather at the AFBF Leadership Luncheon to celebrate the power of grassroots leadership and to explore innovative leadership insights. All are welcome!
3. Empowering Young Leaders Reception
Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026
The Empowering Young Leaders Reception is a chance to celebrate young members and highlight the importance of their leadership. The future of Farm Bureau and agriculture is only as strong as the leaders we prepare today. All registered convention attendees 35 and younger are welcome to join us as we celebrate young leaders with an evening of fellowship, food, and fun on Sunday, Jan. 11. Time and location will be forthcoming. RSVP is not required, but we ask that states fill out this information in registration to help inform the attendee estimate.

Experience the charm of Old Town Temecula with a guided tour showcasing its rich history and unique character. Enjoy a visit to a local brewery for a taste of their craft creations, followed by free time exploring Old Town Temecula’s shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere at your own pace.

Saturday and Tuesday Tour Times & Availability:
All tours begin between to 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and end between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.

If you plan to arrive on Saturday, January 10th you will not be presented Saturday tour options during registration. If you plan to depart on or prior to Tuesday, January 13th you will not be presented Tuesday tour options during registration.

Saturday and Tuesday Tour Disclaimers

  1. Full ticket price applies to children age 2 and above.
  2. As certain tours will take place on working farms and ranches or in historic buildings, participants with mobility limitations are encouraged to let American Farm Bureau Federation staff know of specific accommodations that may be needed. Accommodations may include selecting a tour suited to the participant’s specific need.
  3. Lunch and/or snacks will be provided on some tours. Participants with food allergies are encouraged to let American Farm Bureau Federation staff know upon registration.
  4. Certain tours may require significant travel time.
  5. Certain tours involving alcohol may be limited to attendees aged 21+.
  6. American Farm Bureau Federation and/or California Bureau reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unsafe travel conditions, including conditions caused by inclement weather, acts of God, fire, flood, riot, national emergency, or similar cause beyond the control of American Farm Bureau Federation or California Farm Bureau. In the event of such cancellation, reservation fees will not be refunded.
  7. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all tour stops offered are subject to change and availability based on local government laws, regulations or guidelines. All tours will be held consistent with applicable COVID restrictions and participants agree to follow all COVID safety measures established by AFBF and/or any requirements established by any facility visited. Participant agrees not to attend the tour-and will receive a full refund- if at the time of the tour: participant has been diagnosed with COVID and are in their isolation period, participant has symptoms associated with COVID (such as fever, cough, loss of smell or taste, etc.), or within the 14 days participant was in close contact with someone who had COVID, unless participant is fully vaccinated or had COVID in the 90 days prior to exposure.
  8. Cancellation Deadline for Tours is Monday, Dec. 15th. at 5:00 PM. Refunds will not be given after this deadline.
  9. California tours may be added, edited or cancelled after registration. In event of cancellation (other than a Force Majeure situation), full refunds will be provided.

Airfare

1. Booking Your Own Air: Please submit your online registration before you book your airfare.

2. Call AAA Corporate Travel or book airfare on your own.

  • When to book airfare:If you registered for additional nights (any nights outside of the group dates 1/9/26 to 1/14/26) Chris Fenner from Indiana Farm Bureau will follow up with you to confirm those extra nights are available. Please wait to book your airfare until Chris confirms the extra nights. If INFB is paying your travel expenses, you should plan to use AAA for your flight reservations. Otherwise, members are free to book their own flight for the convention or use AAA. Please be aware that the hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.AAA Corporate Travel Air Assistance: You can call AAA at 844-696-6370 after you register. When you talk to the AAA agent over the phone identify as attending the “INFB CDO CONFERENCE”. AAA is available from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday-Friday to book airline reservations. An agent will assist you with your preferences and take payment.Payment for AAA Corporate Travel Assistance: All airfare booked with AAA Corporate Travel will be paid directly to AAA over the phone when confirming your proposed schedule. A fee of $30 per ticket will be added to your airfare total for AAA’s services. If during travel, you need urgent assistance over the weekend, a holiday or after hours (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) there is a $20 afterhours fee.
  • Itinerary for Confirmed Schedule: AAA will email your Flight Itinerary within 24 business hours of confirming a schedule with payment.
  • Three Weeks Before Departure: Summit Planners will email a “Before you go” email to recap your agenda and it will include your flight itinerary also.
  • During Travel: AAA will be tracking your flights to assist if travel conditions impact flight schedules with delays or cancelations. If you need assistance from AAA while traveling call AAA at 844-696-6370.

The Hotel does not have an airport shuttle. Below we’ve outlined options for airport transportation for you to consider between the Los Angeles International Airport or John Wayne Airport and your hotel—The Anaheim Marriott.

Late Booking & Cancellation Policy – Convention Reservations

We encourage you to review the full Terms and Conditions link for the trip. Below is a condensed version that highlights important details about payment and cancelation.

Reservations: After submitting your payment and online registration, your reservation for group nights* will be confirmed. If you requested additional nights, Chris Fenner from INFB will follow up with you via email with pricing (subject to availability) for the additional nights. Terms and Conditions.
*Group nights are at the Anaheim Marriott check-in beginning 1/9 and check-out ending 1/14/2026.

Convention Reservation Deadlines:

11/10/2025: If canceled 60 days or less before date of convention (1/9/2025), a $25 per person fee will be assessed plus any non-refundable hotel, event and tour fees.
12/12/2025 Hotel: The cut-off date for reservations is December 12th, 2025. After December 12th, hotel rooms are on a request basis and are subject to availability. To avoid a one-night cancelation penalty (plus tax and fees) rooms must be canceled at least 48 hours before the start of the Convention.
12/15/2025 Ticketed Events: The cancelation deadline for all ticketed events is December 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM. No refunds will be given after 5:00 PM starting December 15, 2025. Ticketed events include all tours, the Flapjack Fundraiser and Leadership Luncheon.
